Stage It!

Fox News Chicago shadowed Chicago area stagers, all members of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), as we staged a two bedroom two bath condo in the northern suburbs. 

Follow the photos from beginning to end to see how we take a vacant model to a fabulous home retreat! 

The first photo was taken from the street facing the model.  As you walk through the front door you will see the great room to your left and master bedroom to the right.  The great room is shown in the adjacent photos from the upstairs loft.  The kitchen is at the back of the home and to the right of the dining portion of the great room.  Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a sitting room and hallway bath. 

After the arrival of rental furniture, we spread out and get to work!  A Fox News Chicago cameraman recorded the staging as it progressed.  The last of the adjacent photos is a group shot taken at the end of the day.  And what a fun day it was!

Now with furniture and accessories in place, buyers can easily imagine themselves living in this space and enjoying all it has to offer.
