Staging Services 

Consultation

We can provide either a verbal or a written consultation.  Either way, we go through the house with you and outline a step-by-step staging strategy for you to follow.  Many of our clients prefer to have us take digital pictures and prepare a detailed written report giving them all the information they need to properly stage the home themselves.  Sellers can implement the action items on the report and when all is completed, we can come back to fine tune and bring any needed decorative accessories.

We will provide a written proposal within 24 hours following our initial visit for professional staging.

Professional Staging

We will provide professional staging services for those clients who wish to have the work done for them.  If the home is vacant, we will bring in furniture and accessories appropriate to the home's style and potential buyer.  If, on the other hand, the home is occupied, we will stage the home using existing decor and may also bring in accessories from our inventory.  We can do as little or as much as you need.  We provide professional services for the entire house or just one room depending on your budget and time constraints.
